AND Searching:
By selecting AND from the pull-down list, your search will return testimonies that match all of the criteria that you selected.  Example:  If you specify “Country of Interview: Germany” with “Language of Interview: German,” your Search Results will list all those interviewees whose interviews were conducted in Germany and in the German language.

OR Searching:
By selecting OR from the pull-down list, your search will return testimonies that match at least one of the criteria that you selected.  Example:  If you specify “Country of Interview: Germany” with “Language of Interview: German,” your Search Results will list all those interviewees whose interviews were conducted in Germany, in addition to all those interviews conducted in the German language, regardless of country of interview.

Diacritics:
Hebrew language last names that begin with the ΄ (alif) and ` (ayn) characters will be sorted under the letters "A" and "E" respectively.
